The Copper King Mine and Milling Company, established in 1915, ended its reign on a sour note. Stockholders realized too late that the sketchy operation was nothing more than a promotional scam and many took incredible losses. The road to the mine serves as an easy two track spur off a much larger network of trails just up the hill from our warehouse.
Trail weight refers to poles, fly and tent body.
Packed weight includes poles, fly, tent body, stakes, guy lines, stuff sacks, instructions, and packaging.
Fast Fly weight refers to the poles, tent fly and accessory Fast Fly footprint.
Just came back from a father/son 3 night/4 day trip to the Shenandoah Mountains. The rain came hard on nights 1 and 3 - 2 inches in 2 hours starting at 3:30am for the latter. Not a drop entered the tent on either occasion, which amazed me given the single layer protection style of the tent's design. I wanted an open air style when not using the rain shield and Dan of Bentgate helped me a ton when choosing a tent. He was spot on with his recommendation. Can't wait to get out in it again.
