Petzl Spirit Bent Gate Climbing Carabiner Anodized
Particularly lightweight and strong, Spirit carabiners offer the huge advantage of the Keylock system. The Keylock eliminates the notch in the nose, found on most standard carabiners, which means the carabiner is less likely to get caught on webbing, gear slings, protection, bolts, etc... The straight gate version is ideal for the anchor end of quickdraws, for racking, and any other application where a locking 'biner is not necessary. The Bent Gate Version is perfect for the rope clipping end of quickdraws. Light weight, high strength, and ease of use are all features that make the Spirt one of our favorite carabiners.
