Product description
ARO hard has a resistance of 59.5 lbs, and being the hardest version, it is ideal for a more advanced phase of warming up fingers and forearms, or for training grip strength.
To make your warm-up more progressive, you can start using ARO soft, and then increase the resistance with ARO hard.
Depending on your strength, you will need to adapt the type (soft/hard) and the way you use it to perform an appropriate warm-up or training session.
To warm up before climbing , squeeze the resistance band repeatedly to progressively activate your tendons and muscles, thus reducing the risk of injury. It's best to do this with low resistance.
Changing your grip position, speed, or rest intervals will allow you to gradually increase your resistance to exertion, thereby increasing muscle and tendon stress as the warm-up progresses.
If you want to train your grip strength and forearm muscles, it's best to do fewer repetitions with more resistance, and when you open your hand, do so slowly. Instead of doing many sets in one day, it's better to do 3 sets with each hand several times a week.
