    Every Western Mountaineering sleeping bag is made by hand in Western Mountaineering's San Jose, California factory. Western Mountaineering's products are built by skilled craftspeople—many of whom have been with us for decades—who bring deep experience, pride, and consistency to their work. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain tight control over quality, fit, and construction, and ensures that every bag leaving Western Mountaineering's facility meets the same exacting standards they’ve upheld for generations.
