    Edelrid's journey

    The organisational anchoring of environmental management at EDELRID is ensured by the position of the Environmental Management Officer as well as by various working groups on specific environmentally relevant topics, e.g. materials, production processes, sourcing, implementation of ecological measures in the administration or occupational health and safety. These report directly to the Executive Board on a regular basis.

    In order to be measurable and transparent in the area of the environment and environmental impacts, and to give themselves the incentive to constantly improve, they have been publishing their environmental statements since 2010. With the environmental statement, they disclose, on the one hand, what is important for assessing our environmental performance and, on the other hand, with which means and measures they would like to achieve our environmental goals and have already achieved them.
