What is included with your rental?
Rental bikes come with the following when inventory is available:
- Helmet
- Pedals (Flat or SPD)
- Emergency Repair Kit
- Chain Lock(by request)
Local maps are available online and a printed copy may be available in your emergency repair kit.
When will my rental be available for pick up?
You can pick up your rental any time AFTER 3pm the day BEFORE your rental begins.
We are closed on Saturday. All Saturday rentals must be picked up on Friday by 5pm.
Please arrive with at least 30 minutes to spare for a technician to adjust your rental to your fitment specifications.
When can I drop off my rental?
You can dropoff your rental anytime BEFORE 12pm(noon) the day AFTER your rental ends.
Are there late fees for dropping off late?
You will be potentially ruining someone elses day outside by returning your rental late. You will be charged up to an additional full day rate for returning your rental late.
