FAQ's
Q: What is your turn-around time for eBike shop work? How will I know when they are done?
A: Turnaround time varies depending on what work needs to be done and how busy our shop is. As a general rule of thumb we aim to keep everything within 96 hours. The eBike shop will shoot you a text or call as soon as your work is finished. IF YOU NEED WORK TURNED AROUND RAPIDLY, AN EXPEDITED SERVICE CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICES.
Q: Do I need an appointment for eBike shop work?
A: You do not but it is recommended! If you do not have the time to make an appointment feel free to drop off your eBike any time during our business hours and we’ll get it scheduled for services or tuneups.
