A: Bring any fully rigid bike or drop bar bike in to us! Bentgate has a shop for every style of bicycle. If you have a full suspension or hard tail mountain bike, please schedule your appointment with Golden Bike Shop at 722 Washington Ave. in Golden.
Q: What is your turn-around time for Bike shop work? How will I know when they are done?
A: Turnaround time varies depending on what work needs to be done and how busy our shop is. As a general rule of thumb we aim to keep everything within 48 hours. The Bike shop will shoot you a text or call as soon as your work is finished. IF YOU NEED WORK TURNED AROUND RAPIDLY, AN EXPEDITED SERVICE CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICES.
Q: Do I need an appointment for Bike shop work?
A: You do not but it is recommended! If you do not have the time to make an appointment feel free to drop off your Bike any time during our business hours and we’ll get it scheduled for services or tuneups.
